I have just returned from the TPAC Asia conference in Vietnam that brought together Sage partners, ISVs, and colleagues from across the region — and it was clear that momentum around Sage CRM continues to build.
Over three days of keynotes, panel discussions, and networking, Sage CRM enjoyed high visibility and strong engagement. Sage CRM featured prominently in the opening technical keynote and in multiple discussions on integration and innovation.
A highlight of the event was the unveiling of the new five-year roadmap for Sage CRM, which reinforces Sage’s long-term commitment to investment and innovation. The roadmap aligns closely with Sage 300 and opens the door for deeper collaboration with Sage X3, supported by our ISV community.
Conversations with partners and ISVs were especially encouraging. New relationships were established with new VARs onboarding as Sage CRM resellers, and several ISVs expressed interest in listing or expanding their solutions within the Sage Marketplace during FY26.
TPAC also provided an important moment for reflection. Sage APAC leaders acknowledged the challenges of the past year and shared a credible plan for renewed investment and engagement across Asia in FY26. That message resonated strongly with partners who value consistency, visibility, and collaboration.
The overall outcome was clear: Sage CRM’s profile in Asia has never been stronger. The energy and ideas generated at TPAC will shape new opportunities for Sage CRM integrations, marketplace listings, and partner-led growth in the months ahead.
I’d like to thank Doug and Mich for hosting another outstanding TPAC event — and I look forward to continuing the conversation in South Africa in the spring.
