TPAC North America 2026: Energy, Innovation and a Growing Sage CRM Community

3 minute read time.

Having just returned from TPAC North America 2026 in Toronto, I wanted to share a few reflections on what was an outstanding event and a fantastic experience for everyone involved with Sage CRM.

Held at the Hyatt Regency Toronto from 31 May to 2 June, the conference brought together 162 delegates, 23 exhibitors and 23 Sage colleagues. The atmosphere throughout the event was overwhelmingly positive, with a real sense of momentum and optimism across the Sage partner community.

One of the things that struck me most was the strong commitment that Sage demonstrated to the event. Having 23 Sage colleagues in attendance sent a clear message about the importance of our partner relationships and our continued investment in the Sage ecosystem. Throughout the conference there were opportunities to engage directly with product teams, leadership, partners and customers, creating valuable conversations about the future of our products and our shared success.

For those of us involved with Sage CRM, it was particularly encouraging to see such a strong presence from exhibitors offering Sage CRM services, integrations and add-on solutions. No fewer than nine exhibitors were actively showcasing Sage CRM-related products and expertise: MWare, Astech LMS, Timelinx, Conligo, Ariox, Zap, Summit, Cloud@Work and CentraCRM.

This is the largest number of Sage CRM-focused exhibitors that I have personally seen at a TPAC conference. Even more impressive is the fact that several regular CRM exhibitors were unable to attend this year, suggesting that the Sage CRM ecosystem continues to grow and strengthen.

The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the future of Sage CRM. During my keynote presentation, Trade, Trust and Transformation – The Next Era of Sage CRM, I shared our roadmap, modernisation strategy, AI initiatives and long-term vision for the platform. The feedback from partners was extremely encouraging, with many expressing confidence in the direction of the product and excitement about the opportunities ahead.

Beyond the presentations and exhibition hall, one of the greatest strengths of TPAC remains the people. It was a pleasure to meet new friends from across the Sage community, while also renewing friendships with partners and colleagues whom I have worked with for many years. Events like this remind us that technology may be at the heart of what we do, but relationships are what make our community special.

I was also delighted to see a new generation of partners, developers and consultants becoming involved. Their enthusiasm, ideas and fresh perspectives are vital for the future growth of the Sage ecosystem. Watching experienced partners share knowledge with newer members of the community was a powerful reminder of the collaborative spirit that has always been one of TPAC's defining characteristics.

The value of the conference extended beyond the event itself. Following TPAC, I had the opportunity to visit a Sage CRM customer alongside a partner representative and Richard Jang from Sage. Seeing a live Sage CRM and Sage 300 deployment in action and hearing directly from users provided invaluable insight that will help shape future development and strengthen our understanding of customer needs.

As I left Toronto, my overwhelming feeling was one of optimism. The Sage CRM community is vibrant, engaged and growing. The quality of the partner ecosystem has never been stronger, and the conversations throughout the conference reinforced the opportunities that lie ahead for partners, ISVs and customers alike.

If you have never attended a TPAC conference, I would strongly encourage you to find out more. These events provide a unique opportunity to learn, network, discover new solutions and engage directly with Sage and the wider partner community.
