Trade, Trust and Transformation – Join Me at TPAC South Africa

2 minute read time.

TPAC is happening between March 8th and 10th at the Glenburn Lodge and Spa, Muldersdrift.  I am delighted to share that I will be travelling to the conference again this year, and I am very much looking forward to meeting our partners, ISVs and resellers from across the region.

TPAC events are always special. They bring together technical expertise, commercial insight and genuine partnership energy. They are where ideas are tested, integrations are showcased, and the future of our ecosystem is shaped collaboratively.

This year, I will be delivering a keynote titled:

Trade, Trust and Transformation – The Next Era of Sage CRM

In this session, I will begin somewhere unexpected: at the very origins of trade itself.

For as long as people have traded goods, they have faced the same challenges we see today. Managing customer relationships. Maintaining trust. Resolving disputes. Ensuring operational control. In fact, one of the earliest written records we have is a customer complaint about poor-quality copper. Thousands of years later, the problems are familiar. What has changed is the technology we use to solve them.

From the invention of writing to double-entry bookkeeping, to modern ERP systems, each technological leap has reshaped commerce. We are now standing at another one of those moments.

At TPAC South Africa, I will share:

  • The business value delivered in Sage CRM 2025 R2

  • Why Sage CRM 2026 R1 is a focused Security and Compatibility release designed to strengthen platform resilience and restore delivery discipline

  • An updated view of the roadmap and what partners can confidently expect next

  • A forward look at the transformational potential of the Enriched Semantic Schema

The Enriched Semantic Schema will sit alongside our REST API and represents a significant evolution in how Sage CRM data can be understood and utilised. It opens the door to AI-powered applications, deeper integrations and intelligent automation. For ISVs and development partners, this is not just an enhancement. It is a platform opportunity.

Sage CRM is deployable wherever customers need it: in the cloud, on private infrastructure or in hybrid environments. But even more importantly, it is shapeable. It can be extended, integrated and adapted to meet vertical, regional and customer-specific requirements.

That future, however, depends on partnership.

ISVs, resellers and development partners are not peripheral to the Sage CRM vision. You are essential to it. The next era of Sage CRM will be built together through innovation, integration and disciplined delivery.

If you are attending TPAC South Africa, I hope you will join me for the keynote. I look forward to seeing you there, continuing the conversation and exploring how we can shape the next era of Sage CRM together.
