Sage CRM 2024 R2 was released to the regions today Friday, 4th October 2024. The software has passed its QA process and has been issued as 'GA' to each Sage team globally. Each Sage region is responsible for scheduling the release of the software in their territory because of the need to take different accounting integrations into account. As a consequence, the local release date of the software is down to each local Sage team.
Please contact your local Sage support team to check when they will give you access to the software.

This version has delivered the following:
UI & UX Improvements
- 30+ cases resolved
- Sage CRM Ally (beta) - Embedded chatbot for User Help - Improving the access to help on using Sage CRM features. We’ve added additional controls for System Administrators and Users
- New Mail Merge Example Templates
- Minor Calendar/Calendar customer requests
- Mobile Interface improvements- Brand and Customer Enhancements
Administration and Integration Improvements
- Mailchimp Integration Enhancements – we have changed the way in which fields are synched to allow no upper limit – if your subscription supports 30 fields or 80 fields we can allow those to be sent. We have improved field matching to make it easier for new fields to be sent to Mailchimp
- We have added support for Workflow for Quotes and Orders
- We have decluttered the Documents and Reports configuration Admin Screen
- We have removed previously deprecated features
- We have made improvements in field labelling
- We have improved the Field for website/ email and IP addresses etc
- We have made improvements to Documentation and Instructions around Exchange Integration
Development Improvements
- We have made extensive fixes of vulnerabilities
- We have provided a new Database Field Reference Document (To be published)
- We have made RESTful API enhancements including support for new Query Parameters and Operators
Issues fixed include
- Calendar/Calendar List fixes
- Badly formed custom jumps (duplicated ? in URL)
