We are excited to share that the project to migrate the remaining features of the legacy Sage CRM Community (community.sagecrm.com) to the Community Hub (communityhub.sage.com) is nearing completion. See: communityhub.sage.com/.../additional-sage-crm-resources-moving-to-the-sage-community-hub
This migration will centralize resources, enhance user experience, and bring the Sage CRM community closer together.
Key updates include:
-
Downloads Section:
The valuable resources available in the Download section, such as Example Components, Wizards, and official Fixes and Workarounds, will be fully integrated into the Community Hub, ensuring continued access to these tools. -
eLearning Area:
Our eLearning offerings, currently linking to curated training lessons on the Support & Training YouTube Channel (www.youtube.com/@sagesupport), will transition to YouTube's new Courses feature. This allows for improved curation and organization of training materials. The updated courses will be linked to the Sage CRM Help Centre, providing a seamless learning experience in one place. -
Marketplace:
While the Marketplace advertising ISV-created extensions for Sage CRM will not be directly migrated, we are reinforcing our commitment to ISVs by:- Expanding the Beta program to foster early collaboration and feedback.
- Inviting ISVs to participate in the Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC), ensuring their voices are part of Sage CRM's development.
- Publishing ISV-focused content on the Community Hub's official Talking about Customers blog, highlighting innovations and partnerships.
This migration marks a significant step in unifying our platforms and delivering a more integrated, streamlined experience for all Sage CRM users and partners. We look forward to your continued engagement on the Community Hub as we enhance these resources together.
