Overview
We are pleased to announce the release of the Microsoft Exchange Online Integration Patch for all currently supported versions of Sage CRM. This update ensures full compatibility with Microsoft’s updated security model by transitioning Sage CRM’s integration from Exchange Web Services (EWS) to the Microsoft Graph API.

Who Is Affected
- Exchange Online Users: You must apply this patch to maintain calendar and contact synchronisation.
- Exchange On-Premise Users: No action is required. Your integration is unaffected.
