We are pleased to announce the Sage CRM 2024 R2.3, 2023 R2.6 & Sage CRM 2022 R2.8 patches are now available. These patches resolve synchronization issues with the Microsoft Exchange Online integration, where appointments created in Sage CRM with past dates were not syncing correctly and, in some cases, were being inadvertently deleted.
Who is affected
- Microsoft Exchange On-Premise Users: No action is required. Your integration is unaffected.
- Microsoft Exchange Online Users: You must apply this patch to fix the synchronization issue.

- These patches apply to Sage CRM standalone and when integrated with Sage 100 and/or Sage 300.
