We are excited to announce that a new update for Sage CRM is now available for our customers in the North America region. This update includes new enhancements and program fixes.
To download the update:

- Download Sage CRM 2025 R1 Patch for Standalone
- Download Sage CRM 2025 R1 Help Setup
- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important note: If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements.
Sage CRM 2025 R1 provides the following new enhancements and fixes:
- Modernization of Exchange Online Integration
- Addressed Exchange synchronization issues where appointments were synced with incorrect times and/or durations, or failed due to expired tokens
- Security enhancements by way of resolving Apache Tomcat vulnerabilities and patched an SQL injection risk in URL handling
- Dashboard and UI enhancements, including fixes for layout issues and improved access for non-admin users
