- If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important note: If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements.
Sage CRM 2025 R2.1 provides the following new enhancements:
- Completion of Microsoft Graph integration for Exchange Online, including Contact and Task synchronization
- Security enhancements and hardening measures
- Introduction of Sage CRM Labs
- Fixes for priority customer-reported issues
