We’re excited to share that the Sage CRM 2024 R2.4 patch is now available for our North America customers. This update addresses an issue in Security Management where an executable script could be injected through an Interactive Dashboard gadget template. For details, please see the 2024 R2.4 Patch ReadMe file.

How to download

For North America customers:

1. Click the appropriate link below to download and install the update:

2. If prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log in. 

Important Note

• If you experience issues downloading, try clearing your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
• These patches apply to Sage CRM standalone and when integrated with Sage 100 and/or Sage 300.
