We’re pleased to announce that the Sage CRM 2026 R1 release is now available for our customers in the North America region. This release introduces several key enhancements that improve security, reliability, and Microsoft integration.
To download the update:
1. Click the link below to download and install the applicable update:

- Download Sage CRM 2026 R1 Patch for Standalone
- Download Sage CRM 2026 R1 Help Setup
2. If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, then click Log In.
Important Note: If you have trouble downloading, clear your cache and cookies, or use incognito mode in your browser.
We highly recommend that all users update to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements.
