Free System Customisation Skills Training for Sage CRM

Build your Sage CRM system customisation skills with our new series of free, instructor-led training sessions.

Starting on Wednesday 30 September 2026, this programme consists of 15 practical, bite-sized lessons, each lasting just 30 minutes. The sessions are designed for Sage CRM administrators, consultants and developers who want to understand how to adapt Sage CRM to meet customer and business requirements using its built-in customisation capabilities.

The programme moves from working with fields and field mappings through screen and list customisation, field-level scripting, tab customisation and button groups.
