Free Event: Sage CRM 2026 R2: What’s Changed and What It Means for You

We are pleased to announce a free online session for Sage CRM customers and Business Partners exploring the changes introduced with Sage CRM 2026 R2 and, importantly, what those changes mean in practice.

Sage CRM 2026 R2: What’s Changed and What It Means for You will look beyond the release notes to explain the business benefits of upgrading and the new opportunities made possible by the release.

The session will cover the move to Java 11, new Microsoft Entra ID capabilities for user import, SSO and MFA, improved support for reverse proxy deployments, the introduction of the Sage Semantic Engine, and the new Enriched Semantic Schema. We will also look at the wider benefits of remaining current, including improved security and compatibility, resolved customer-reported issues, refreshed learning and help resources, and a stronger foundation for future integration, API and AI-enabled solutions.

For customers, the session will help explain why upgrading to Sage CRM 2026 R2 is about more than accessing new functionality. It is also about reducing technology risk, improving security, supporting modern infrastructure and preparing the CRM system for future developments.

For partners, this is a useful opportunity to help customers understand the value of keeping their Sage CRM implementation current and to start conversations about upgrade planning, security, deployment options and future development opportunities.

We encourage all Sage CRM Business Partners to share details of this free event with their customers and invite them to attend.
