How to custom workflow to send mail to customer when create new case ?

Hello everyone. Could anybody tell how to create a Rule in workflow that able to send mail to customer by the people we selected when we create case ?
e.g : i create a case for Company A with person name Mr.A that i already created. after finish creating i wanna send a confirmation mail to Mr.A and CC to who this case will assign to.

My problem is i cannot get Mr.A mail address to put in 'To' field. I can only get the user that case will assign to. So please help or guide me .
