1) Filtering Email Templates by Team/User

This isn't possible within the interface as it is.  The way in which the template is selected is directly by the name and the field is presented as an intelligent select.  If there are over 10 templates then a searchbox appears.  If you want filtering by Team or Person that would need to be added to the naming convention of the template.  The good news about this is that the Intelligent Select filters within the name so starting to type your initials (assuming templates are appended with your initials) would show the users their templates.

2) Sage CRM uses CKEditor to provide the Email Editor.  See

The default fonts within the default email editor are controlled by contents.css

The intelligent select on email templates isn't visable in v2023 R2.2. What version are you using / Quoting from ?

I am using Sage CRM 2024 R1.  But I don't think we added the feature then.  The default threshold for Intelligent Selects is 10 records so please make sure you have over 10 templates for the context that you are working in.

Well every day is a school day. Can confirm when you have over 10 templates (By entity) the filter appears.

I used folder-based organization, grouping templates by team or user to keep things tidy. Some systems allow you to restrict visibility or filter based on tags or categories, so if you're using something like that, I’d recommend setting up categories for each team and hiding templates that aren't relevant.As for the custom font, I had the same challenge when we tried to use a specific font (not Gotham, but close!) for emails.
