Email Templates & Fonts

SOLVED

Hi Community,

I have two questions from our Sales and Marketing Department:

  1. Filtering Email Templates by Team/User: Is it possible to filter email templates by team and/or user? We have three divisions, and together they include a total of 12 subdivisions. Each team wants their own email templates with specific attachments. The main issue is the large list of templates shown to end users, including those for escalations which we ideally would like to hide.

  2. Custom Font (style) for Emails: Can we add a custom font to our emails? We usually use Gotham in other formal communications, but it's not available.

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,

I used folder-based organization, grouping templates by team or user to keep things tidy. Some systems allow you to restrict visibility or filter based on tags or categories, so if you're using something like that, I’d recommend setting up categories for each team and hiding templates that aren't relevant. As for the custom font, I had the same challenge when we tried to use a specific font (not Gotham, but close!) for emails. What worked for me was creating a workaround by embedding the font through CSS, but it depends on the platform you’re using. Also, if you ever need tips on sending personalized emails, I found this how to write follow up email guide really helpful when I was fine-tuning email sequences. It made all the difference in keeping emails professional and consistent!
