For mobile number you can use #phon_mobilefullnumber# 

pers_phonenumber is just the last part, depending on whether you use Country/Area code fields as well you might need to use #pers_phonecountrycode# #pers_phoneareacode# as well. 

Alternative (previously know as 'Fax') is accessible via #pers_faxcountrycode# #pers_faxareacode# #pers_faxnumber#

The only one not accessible is 'Home'
