Documents not showing in tab against a case

Has anyone seen this issue with Sage CRM 2023 R2 where you go to the documents tab in a case & they don't show until you go to another tab & back in again?

Is this reproduceable - so does this happen consistently for you?

Can you share the URL of both the page when it displays incorrectly and then again when it is displayed correctly? There may be something wrong with the URL parameters.

Hi,

It doesn't seem to be consistently happening, and so isn't reproducible.

This is what the customer sent to me.
