Case Creation by email (When a client sent a email to the [email protected] that SageCRM Ticket to be created and Notifify the client it has been created)

Hi Team 

I need assistance,  enable CRM to be create ticket when the client sent a email to the support email.

1. Create the ticket via email received & notifiy the sender that a email has been created.

2. Create notification everytime when the workflow is changed e.g assigned ticket to a user (notification sent to the client that of all the stages of the workflow)
