Sage CRM with Sage 300 Integration - 300 Login screen displayed after clicking promote

Dear Sir/Ms,

After clicking Promote to Sage 300 in Sage CRM, it prompt a login screen instead of seamlessly sync to Sage 300.

Is there any configuration i missing out or how do i resolve this.

I have seen this happen a few times when Sage300 has not completely spun up. I found that hitting the "refresh" for the page gets past this and properly links to the Sage300 screens.
