Hi,
I have just recently updated a license key for an existing SageCRM customer to enable Self Service. The feature is now enabled but the self service demo files the usually accompany the application when doing an initial install isn't included.
What is the best way to get these files across? I'm considering two options.
Option 1. Install a new instance of CRM with self service enabled. Locate and copy the Self Service files across to the clients current SageCRM program files folder
Option 2. Backup the clients DB and program files, and reinstall Sage CRM enabling the self Service demo files.
Is there a 3rd option out there that I could consider?
What are some potential pitfalls that I should be aware of for option 1 and Option 2?
