I am just back from vacation.  I will find out the latest in my meetings this morning.  

For customers implementing Sage CRM with a new instance of Microsoft Exchange Online, we recommend holding off on attempting the integration until the upcoming patch is released. The removal of the Application Impersonation role in Exchange Online has already started affecting new integrations, and this patch will resolve the issue. Sage is prioritizing its release and using best efforts to deliver it as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and secure connection. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

Is there any news on when the new patch is going to be released? We're now two weeks into February and we're all holding our breath about the patching coming out before Microsoft locks things down.

I understand your concern about the approaching Microsoft deadline, and I can assure you that the entire team is focused on getting the patch released.

Is there any news about the release of the patch. there is only one week left and i am very concerned that we and our customers with a working Exchange sync will have a big problem at the end of this week. Is there any documentation available in how to configure the new sync with Exchange?
I hope you understand the urgency in this matter.

Is there information from Microsoft when they will remove the Application Impersonation role that is more specific then the end of februari.

No.  We have been liaising with Microsoft.  The references we have are that it will be the end of the calendar month.
