ERROR - Security violation detected accessing table Communication

We just updated to Sage CRM 2024 R2 and one of the issues that is happening is that when I open a pending task no matter what I change even nothing, and press save I get the following message. I can create new tasks and save them just not edit or complete them without getting the error. Please let me know what I can check to try and overcome this issue. Another thing to note is that if I complete the task as part of a workflow action it works fine. It's just when manually trying to edit or save a task.

    OK, so I got it figured out. It was related to a trigger that I created in SQL off the Company table. I'm still not sure why its affecting the communications like this but once I disable the trigger I don't get the error anymore. Thanks for all the assistance.
