Access violation at address 1A84C4B5 in module 'eware.dll'. Read of address 00000000 Appearing on Custom ASP Page

Hi.

I checked around in the knowledgebase and didn't see anything that applied to my situation.
This error only occurs when we go from the People Tab to the Custom ASP Page.

If I hit refresh - no issue, the page appears.

Else, I get these Access violation at address 1A84C4B5 in module 'eware.dll'. Read of address 00000000 for each of my blocks that I'm calling.

Is there a relatively quick way to refresh the ASP page within the code?

I tried a few things but keep getting this 500 error.

    Got exactly the same error in 2023 R2.

    Looks like is something related to this version. Double checked all code and no apparent issue in this page. If the previous page is another page, no issue.

    No further action taken from our side, as there are a workaround.

    We hope this fil be fixed after a upgrade.  The customer is looking for upgrade in a near future.
