I am developing an integration for Sage CRM, and if possible, I'd like to be able to use direct links to records. I had thought this to not be possible due to the session ID being the URL, however, the video demo for this Spire integration for Sage CRM and Microsoft Teams demonstrates that it is possible somehow.
