User Reassign area - Communications

Hi all,

Just wondering where the reassign communications has gone from the users area, this is from the CRM demo users area 2024 R2 but but also noticed it is missing from version 2022 as well.



How do we reassign communications now?

    Hi Chris....

    This is very odd.  I use as my default install Sage CRM 2024 R2 and this is my screen.

    Please can you log a case.  I assume that this may be something to do with either your license key or possibly your security rights if you are not using the default System Admin.

    I will log the case, but we have found this now on a few customer sites and the security rights are basically what you get in the demo environment when logged on as admin.

    Strange that yours shows communications, just thinking, mine was a fresh install of 2024 R2 with demo data.  it was not upgraded just in case yours was an upgraded CRM from an older version
