User Reassign area - Communications

Hi all,

Just wondering where the reassign communications has gone from the users area, this is from the CRM demo users area 2024 R2 but but also noticed it is missing from version 2022 as well.



How do we reassign communications now?

    Hi Chris ,

    The ability to re-assign Communications depends on whether you have enabled Use Exchange Integration within the Administration > System > System Behaviour.

    Enabling Use Exchange Integration removes the ability to re-assign Communications, this is by design.
