Sage CRM Outlook Plugin Issue: PDF & Image Attachments Not Storing

We’re experiencing a problem where our Sage CRM Outlook plugin is failing to store PDF and image attachments (including inline screenshots), while Word documents (DOCX) are processed correctly. This issue began after upgrading our system—during which we temporarily downgraded to .NET 4.1 to install the plugin, then reinstalled .NET 4.5.1. Despite the plugin functioning normally for DOCX files, PDFs and image files never appear in the CRM records, and database checks confirm they aren’t being saved. Any insights or guidance on configuration adjustments, compatibility considerations, or other known issues that might be causing this behavior would be greatly appreciated.
