Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to filter out any escalation or workflow templates when a user manually sends an email?
They shouldn't be used outside of escalations or workflow automation, so just clog up the list.

There is nothing in the emailtemplates table to distinguish between templates. Could please log this as an enhancement request?
