What version of Sage CRM are you using?  And are you using new or old templates within Mailchimp?

Have you configured Sage CRM to use the old builder or new builder in Mailchimp.

In regards to "Have you configured Sage CRM to use the old builder or new builder in Mailchimp" I'm not sure, but we recently upgraded Sage to R1, set up the Mailchimp integration, and then upgraded to R2 when we realized there were some Mailchimp glitches that were resolved with the newer version. 

Have a check within the Admin screens - you may need to get your System Administrator to do this for you.  

I just checked and it is set up to use the new builder. I have attached a screenshot. When I create a new Mailchimp campaign in Sage, I am unable to see the templates and campaigns I've created directly in the Mailchimp app. Also, when I send an email from the Mailchimp app to a Sage group, the email activity does not get recorded in Sage.

If you have not done so already you may need to log this with your local Sage team.

Support is included with our Sage subscription. Is there a tech support rep that is familiar with the Mailchimp integration that can assist me? My Sage partner is not too familiar with Mailchimp. It's frustrating that it does not function as it should.
