Missing Mailchimp campaign activity in Communications Tab

Hello there,

I recently sent a Mailchimp campaign to a test group, and I can confirm that recipients opened the email and clicked on the links. However, when I check the "Communications" tab for those individual contacts, there’s no record of the campaign activity showing up.

Is there something I might be missing in the setup, or is this expected behavior?

    Hi Susie

    Where you need to look is the 'Marketing' tab of those individuals, on there will be a table listing every campaign they were part of, the number of clicks etc. that they did. 

    These are stored in a separated table in the database so you are able to run reports / create new groups based on this information
