When I run the "Communications" report, I am only seeing the phone calls and emails I've sent directly from Sage. Shouldn't the Communications tab, and report, display all of my communications?

In answer to this and your same question from a few days ago
Missing Mailchimp campaign activity in Communications Tab - General Discussion - Sage CRM - Community Hub
CRM doesn't create Communication records for MailChimp campaigns, there are report views that you can use in reports to get who got what campaign, and how many clicks etc. they did.
*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
