Quote mail merge: Only fields originally included in Quote summary page will merge to quote templates

Hi, using Sage CRM 2023 R2. I'm finding that only fields originally came with the installation will merge to quote templates. If you create a new field everything seems normal but newly created fields will not merge with quote templates. Only out of the box quote fields will merge with quote templates.

Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.

Hi As Jeff stated, fields should be included in the vMailmergeQuotes & vMailmergeQuoteItems views. Then you should restart Tomcat Service. New fields included in views will be available after restarting…
