Mailchimp question

I sent a Mailchimp campaign through Sage today, but it’s still showing as “Saved” rather than “Sent.” I’m assuming this might be due to a delay in how Sage CRM records and updates campaign status—can you confirm?

Also, I’ve been updating our “Mailing List” group in Sage over the past few weeks, including removing contacts and updating email addresses. I originally sent this group to Mailchimp a few weeks ago. If I refresh the group in Sage CRM and resend it to Mailchimp, will those updates and deletions be reflected in the Mailchimp audience?
