Calling the Sage CRM Company merge from the API

Good day,

I wanted to know, if there was  a way to call the Merge companies feature in Sage CRM via the API ?

Instead of having the user to manually do it, we would have a sql query that looks up this huge list of prospect duplicates but would want to call the API to call the merge feature to go through the listing.

    Hi Dwayne

    We have never automated the merging of companies as that would represent a very easy way to create massive damage to system data. We have always wanted the human to make the decision which record should be the source (to be removed) and which the destination (to be kept).

    It could be done with more or less easy depending on which API used.
