Currently there are no release notes for this patch within https://help.sagecrm.com/.  The article Product Advisory: Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 Now Available outlines what issues have been addressed in this patch which is really useful but it does not outline the installation path.

For fresh installations or upgrades from previous releases of Sage CRM should Sage CRM 2025 R1 be installed and then Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 applied or should Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 be installed directly?

What is the recommended path to apply this patch?  For fresh installations or upgrades from previous releases of Sage CRM should Sage CRM 2025 R1 be installed and then Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 applied or should Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 be installed directly? 

The release notes state "This patch is applicable to Sage CRM 2025 R1" which to me implies that Sage CRM 2025 R1 should be installed first then Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 applied.

The download page states "Full standalone download patch." which indicates that this Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 can be used to perform a fresh install / upgrade directly.

In the past I've seen issues occur where builds of Sage CRM have not been applied in the correct order, this was especially true for Sage 200 CRM.  So to prevent possible issues if the recommended path to apply this patch could be confirmed that would be wonderful.

Hi Alison.  The only tested path for the Sage CRM 2025 R1.1 is from Sage CRM 2025 R1.

Wasn't aware of this link - have got my version from this as it is not currently available in the usual downloads area - at least not in the UK (also this page is so much neater and organised than the software download page) 

Hi, we are waiting for solution to office 365 integration issues for months ... somes of our customers had already left Sage CRM. I see this patch is available since 25 days in UK and no news in Europe... are we sure that it will work again ? 

It seems that no one know hows its really works. Our contact in France are doing their best, but Dublin seems overheated by something annouced in 2024 by Microsoft !!

We just want something working as well as the old integration, or maybe some links to partner selling this integration ??

The patch is available for all regions to distribute.  I will find out what is happening to delay availability in Europe.

Hi, Sage France tell us that they don't have news from Dublin for this patch. Any news on your side ?
