Screens like the Company Summary Screen are complex.  They draw information from several related tables and to make it easier for the System Administrator to control and configure it is built from a set group of screen blocks based on those underlying tables.  Having said that there are a few techniques that you can use to bring new information into the screen.  Have you seen (+) Adding a new Panel to a Summary screen e.g. Company Summary - Sage CRM Hints, Tips and Tricks - Sage CRM - Community Hub

As Jeff said, yes this is possible by injecting the screen blocks into the page using the method documented in the link.
It does take some time to tweak so it renders nicely and we spent quite some time enhancing. But it is definitely doable.

See example of something we did for a Sage partners end user a while back.

I know this a subject that periodically returns to the community over the years, but definitively it will be nice if this screen could be customized by standard customization, without injecting raw html which is costly, hard to maintain and likely to become obsolete if CRM changes look and feel.            

I’m thinking in some scenarios on which customer want to add or replace blocks to this screen with content providing more insight about customer.

One example: Maybe someone would replace the phone/email panel by a custom list showing open opportunities or next appointments. Note that the main phone and email address are on the top screen…

Sage wants to be able to make the structure of screens like the Company Summary configurable but we will not be able to do this until we have carried out the upgrade/uplift of eware.dll from 32-bit to 64-bit.  Once that code change and refactoring has been done we can then look to make changes in the way that screens like the Entity Summary Screens are assembled from metadata.  The move had been planned for the 2025 R1 and R2 development cycle but because of an overrun of another project the team assigned to do this will not be available until the 2026 R1 & R2 cycle.
