We have recently applied new license keys to our Sage CRM instances. Invariably we get the message about the key not being registered. We then register the key in the Sage CRM Product Registration site. So far, so good. Unfortunately one of our instances is displaying the message for some users and, when I try to register the key, I have no option to do it; no key being displayed in the license key details screen for me to copy and paste. I can see the key in SQL so I could update it that way but I'm not sure if this is going to cause any other issues.
Anybody else seen this?
