Sage CRM 2024 R1 Setting default theme and download folder for all users

Hi,

We are going to upgrade to Sage CRM 2024 R1 soon. I want to be able to set all users to use the Contemporary theme and also set a default download folder location. Is it possible to do this via an SQL update rather than manuallly updating via the Sage CRM UI as I have 80+ users to update ?
