Hi All,

I have issue with one customer that have Sage 300 integration.

Sage 300 v2024, and Sage CRM 2024 R2

1 user unable to access sage 300 related screen from Sage CRM. Even though I have set up the sage 300 login properly in sage CRM via Sage 300 Administration > Sage 300 User-Level Security. 

I have confirmed the user are able to access via Sage 300 web screen, and Sage 300 Web API. Only when accessing Sage 300 related screen from Sage CRM is an issue.

Then I tried to set up the sage 300 user login from Administration>Users>Users > username. and finally able to access the Sage 300 related screen from Sage CRM.

I though these screen will have the same function: to setup Sage 300 user login for Sage CRM user. So, I am wondering, is this a known issue or I have missed some steps when doing it from Sage 300 Administration > Sage 300 User-Level Security?
