You just need to update the icons in the 

WWWRoot\Themes\Img\Ergonomic\Icons

If it is from an upgrade then they're probably referring to small_Company etc

The new ones are under ...\Ergonomic\Icons\green and using different names (e.g. ergonomic/Icons/green/building.svg for company)

Thanks for your response. I figured out where the green icons are but I can't work out what I need to change in the system to point to the new icons ? For example if I take the company icon in the screenshot in my post, the image is pointing to "/CRM/Themes/img/ergonomic/Icons/small_company.gif", what would I need to do to make it point to ergonomic/Icons/green/building.svg ?

Make a copy of the building.svg and convert it into a GIF and overwrite small_Company.gif
