The Dublin team are not in control when the individual regions release Sage CRM! They have all the alignment work and making sure the correct items  codes are available for the internal systems.... but saying that... I believe that the release is slated for the first full week in January 2026.  

Hiya, The link is now showing on the listed products (generally) for the UK 



But when I click on the Download link, it takes me to the Software Download section of my.sage.co.uk where I can not seen any version of CRM above 2020 R1. All the newest versions of CRM have completely disappeared from the download page

I have no idea who to turn to in order to get this resolved. 

Last week I downloaded a copy of Sage CRM 2025 R2 and installed it into a test environment.  On Friday I was advised by Sage UK technical support that Sage CRM 2025 R2 had been withdrawn due to an issue with the calendar displaying an Invalid License message, something I have seen within my Sage CRM 2025 R2 test environment. 

Interesting.....

....don't know what they have pulled as I have lost access to everything for 2021 and later in my download portal. Wonder if they have been overzealous

This afternoon I've had another conversation with Sage UK technical support and it appears that Sage CRM 2025 R2 has been re-released.  Apparently the issue with the calendar was due to a corruption within the installer.  I've not yest installed the software so this is not something I can personally verify.
