CRM 2025 R2 - Due Date for UK Market

Hi All,

More aimed for Jeff, or anyone in the know - do we know when CRM v2025 R2 will be available in the UK market?

Always ends up as a guessing game as 'Released to the regions' is a little bit meaningless when there is no announced expected date for when it will be 'Available' in the different regions - when dealing with Customers expectations either for patching systems to solve issues, or general customer upgrade cycles etc.

  • Hi,

I completely understand the frustration — the “released to regions” wording can be pretty vague when you’re trying to plan around real customer timelines.

From what’s been seen in previous release cycles, there’s usually a lag between a version being marked as “released” and it actually becoming available in specific regions like the UK. That gap can vary depending on factors like local compliance checks, infrastructure readiness, and staged rollouts.

Unfortunately, there’s rarely a firm public date shared for regional availability, which makes it tricky when you’re managing customer expectations around upgrades or fixes. In most cases, partners/end users only get clearer timelines closer to rollout, or via direct communication channels.

In the meantime, it might be worth:

    • Keeping an eye on official release notes or partner communications

    • Reaching out to your account manager for any region-specific updates

    • Setting expectations with customers that availability can follow shortly after global release, but isn’t always immediate

Hopefully someone from the team (or Jeff) can provide a more concrete update for the UK specifically.

Would definitely be helpful if more transparency around regional rollout timelines was provided in future Thumbsup
