I have an issue when moving between related Opportunity records using the Relationships standard functionality in Sage CRM 2022 R2.2
It seems to work once and then when you cycle through other related records it then looses the context of the matter and you get
It also creates a new record in the recent list which when selected shows the message above.
This is only affecting one client system, all others working ok.
Has anyone else come across this issue?
There are 2 articles in the Sage Knowledgebase related to that message "The record you requested has been deleted or you may not have security permissions to view it" which may apply here.
(1) Sage 100 integration issue with Sage CRM reported in CRM 2024 R1 (later version than the one above) - related to running the integration scripts during the CRM installation process - the resolution being to run the integration scripts manually: running the "Sage 100 xxxx Configuration.exe" file from the CRM install files.
