Client is using SageCRM v2025v2 with integration to Microsoft OAuth 2.0. We are finding that contacts are added to exchange contacts but with minimal information. Client has sync setting of CRM always wins for contacts.
1. Exchange does not include the person's company, address, or mobile phone numbers.
2. Making a change in the exchange contact for person's position does not get 'over-written' to show CRM contact position after new sync.
It appears that the sync only looks to see if the record exists and adds it if it does not and ignores it if it does exist. Is this the functionality??
Also, what person records are sync'd to exchange?? Is there a listing somewhere that identifies what record fields are added to exchange??
