Exchange Sychronisation - Tasks from Outlook to CRM

Hi Community,

we have recently configured Exchange Integration to Sage CRM including: Contacts, Meetings and Tasks.

All data is supposed to be synchronized bidirectional. Contacts and meetings are synchronized and working fine. 

For Tasks we can only sychronize them from CRM to Exchange / Outlook but not from Outlook to CRM. 

Log files are set to protocol everything but don't show an entry about Exchange tasks, at all. 

Does anybody have an idea what we can do to fix this? 

Sage CRM Version is R2025 R2.1 and Exchange Online

    The steps need to be followed in order. After the System Administrator has completed their steps - up to and including Enable Exchange synchronization - every Sage CRM user needs to connect to their Exchange Online account:

    1. Log out of their Microsoft Exchange account
    2. Clear the browser cache completely
    3. Login to Sage CRM
    4. Go to <My Profile> | Preferences
    5. Select Connect to Email Account or Switch Email Account
    6. Enter the email account details when prompted and validate if required
    7. Click Continue
    8. Select the Contacts tab to confirm the connection
    9. Select Import Contacts and select the contact(s) you want to import into Sage CRM

    The Sys Admin cannot do this for them - each user has to do this for their own account.

    Thanks for your reply. 

    That is what we have done already. Importing Contacts is working fine, no problem. 

    What is not working right now is sychronize Task created in Outlook from Outlook to Sage CRM.
