Are you referring to the Outlook plugin which allowed filing of emails? This was dropped from CRM from v2022 R2. 

Replacements are either Sage's offering of 'Importing Emails' new functionality brought into CRM. Or speaking with CRM Together for their Accelerator which is an Outlook plugin which allows users to file emails from Outlook into CRM (plus other functionality as well)

Support for the Outlook desktop plugin was dropped several versions ago. Instead, Sage CRM integrates directly with Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes at the server level, so it does not depend on the Outlook client at all. 64-bit Office is not a factor.

If users want an Outlook-centric way of working, they should look at an ISV add-in such as CRM Together Accelerator Lite, which provides modern Outlook integration alongside Sage CRM.
