List - Sales Opportunity

Hi everyone,

currently we get to see only 20 entries on our page/ sales opportunity list.

The length of a list usually can be edited quite easy.

Is there a way to increase the number of shown entries to a higher number?

Further we would like to display in the columns an extra field that we manually added to the standard mask of our sales opportunity.

Currently we only see Status | Phase | edited | Description | Company Name | Person | Quotation Amount | ... | ... |

The number of rows displayed in a user's grids is within their preferences.

The new field can be added into the OpportunityList found in the Admin area.

Thanks! I was hoping for 100 or even more but the limit seems to be 25 rows. Greetings

25 is the default maximum. A system administrator can add more options (using the translations/custom caption area) to increase the range of options further. Have a look in Administration → Customisation → Translations and search for the caption family "UserGridSize" and you can then see how to add additional options to the preferences.
