Drag and Drop - unable to contact the server

Hello all

I have recently upgraded from 2023R1 to 2026R1 and now I am unable to drag and drop any document. The settings are identical to those in our working instances in 2023R1. I have noticed that in our 2026 version the SData 2.0 application doesn't seem to be working (according to the system health) whereas it seems to be fine in our 2023 version. Not sure if it's related.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    What is the file extension you're trying to drag and drop? previous to 2025 CRM used to run on an Exclude list of file extensions and now it runs on a Include list. So files that might previously be allowed to be dragged and dropped (e.g. emails which are .msg) might now be blocked. 

    You can amend the list by going to "Administration | Email & Documents | Documents & Report Configuration" and look for the option called 'Allowed File Extensions"
