Sage CRM - Chrome Browser Update (151.0.7922.71/.72) causing grids to "disappear" after initial render

Chrome browser update went live on 28 July. It is causing grids on Sage CRM to "disappear" after initial rendering. Is anyone experiencing this issue and have a resolution?

The latest Chrome Version : 151.0.7922.109 - appears to fix the issue (2024) The latest Edge Version : 151.0.4129.72 - still has the issue

Only seeing this in 2023 R2.6 (So far)

Unable to replicate in 2024.

This impacts Edge and Chrome - both use chromium. Interestingly, Chromium 152 and 153 reverses the change that causes this issue ... not helpful though, as they are not widely available yet
